Build the record carefully.

This register shows what public sources can support, what remains disputed, and what only Ofori Panin Fie and recognised custodians can confirm. It is designed to make corrections and future review traceable.

Material suitable for careful public research

Each source supports only the specific claim described. A public article is not treated as authority for an entire succession, jurisdiction or biography.

Questions requiring palace or custodian confirmation

Request to the Secretary and IT team

What would move this from prototype to a trusted platform

01

Authority and ownership

Confirm whether the Palace wishes to adopt, review, rename or decline the project, and identify the officer who may approve content.

02

Records and corrections

Provide the official succession register, verified divisions and towns, approved biographies, festival records and source notes.

03

IT connection

Review hosting, domain, security, staff access, backups, privacy and the process for publishing authorised statements.

04

Media permissions

Identify approved photographs, captions, dates, photographers and reuse permissions before publication.

Possible institutional support

Where deeper research can begin

These are public institutions and research bodies, not confirmed project partners. Any approach should be made transparently and with palace knowledge where appropriate.

Responsible funding scope

Funding may be needed, but no money should be requested in the Palace’s name without written approval.

A reviewed budget could cover archival research, document scanning, oral-history recording, image rights, translation, secure hosting, backups, accessibility, staff training and long-term maintenance. Until an authorised sponsor or account is confirmed, the platform should describe needs without collecting funds.
